ANTENOR

Antenor es una banda de thrash/Groove que lleva muchos años en carrera, La banda elige ese nombre en homenaje a su abuelo,  han realizado presentaciones por todo el país.Bolivia y Santiago de Chile, y han compartido escenario con bandas como: Tim Ripper Owens, Calibre Zero, Ratos de Porao, Dekapited, Serpentor, Helker, In Element, No Guerra, Tano Romano, Tungsteno, Malditos, Arkham y Brio entre muchas más. Cuentan con Ep »Sangrando en el final»(2012) y su primer disco »Círculo Del Infierno»(2016) Y “Solo en tu mente” (2021)

ANTENOR proveniente de Cipolletti (Río Negro)  se funda en 2006 por los hermanos Nicolás & Gustavo Estrada. La banda Argentina de Thrash/Groove/Metal, recibe el nombre en honor a su abuelo: Antenor. Completa la formación el Baterista Matías Benvenuto.

Con influencias notorias a Megadeth, Testament, Sepultura y Pantera, entre otros, graban un demo en 2006 y realizan algunas presentaciones.

En 2013 graban su primer EP, "Sangrando en el Final" realizado en los estudios La Roca de la ciudad de Plottier, Neuquén, con Víctor Sepúlveda.

Contiene 4 temas propios: “Tu Dolor”, “Hipócritas”, “Muerte en la Ciudad” y “Golpea en mi Mente”. Este trabajo permite entablar relación con Alejandro Taranto, productor discográfico, quien les ofrece grabar un disco profesional en Buenos Aires.

Con Taranto, como productor artístico, a mediados de 2013 trabajan en el LP oficial titulado "Circulo Del Infierno" bajo el sello Tommy Gun Records. Se realizan una primer pre-producción en los estudios: Sonarcts de Neuquén, y más tarde una segunda pre-producción en El Conventillo Estudios de la ciudad de Buenos Aires.

Durante casi un año Nicolás y Gustavo Estrada se establecen en capital federal, en donde comienzan a ensayar con Nikko Taranto de Infierno 18 quien sería el baterista invitado en este disco.

A finales de 2014 realizan la grabación "Circulo Del Infierno" en: El Santito Estudio y Cool Sound Studios, de la ciudad de Bs As, durante los meses de julio, agosto y Septiembre. Contando con un gran staff: Alejandro Taranto: productor; Tom Taranto: ingeniero; Mariano Barravechia: luthier; Oskar Domeg: asistente.

A mediados de 2015, se termina la mezcla y mastering de "Circulo Del Infierno" a cargo de Tomas Taranto y Alejandro Taranto en Cool Sound Studios. En agosto, la banda es convocada a Bs. As. Para firman contrato editorial con la discográfica internacional Universal Music.

Desde mediados de 2015 y todo 2016, presentaron el nuevo disco con una serie de shows, que abarcó Río Negro, Neuquén, Mendoza, Buenos Aires y Santiago de Chile. El primero de agosto de 2016 ve la luz "Circulo Del Infierno". El lanzamiento comienza con una gira en la cordillera patagónica.

Ese mismo año, son beneficiados en la convocatoria Fomento Nacional por el INAMU, para la grabación de nuevo material discográfico en el siguiente año.

En 2017 participan del Wacken Metal Battle Argentina realizado por Vorterix Metal, llegando a la ronda finalista junto a 7 bandas más de todo el país. Siendo la única banda patagónica en llegar a ese certamen. La final se llevó a cabo en The Roxy Live en Bs. As. En el mes de Junio, consiguiendo realizar una sobresaliente presentación y excelentes críticas de parte del jurado, a pesar de no salir vencedores.

Luego de estos últimos shows y comprendiendo todo el trabajo realizado hasta el momento, los hermanos Estrada, deciden ir a vivir a Bs As para poder grabar el nuevo material y seguir avanzando en su carrera musical. A partir de ese momento, Nicolás Estrada asume el rol de voz líder.

En octubre de 2017, plasman el nuevo material titulado: “Solo en tu Mente” en Kirkincho Records, terminando en diciembre de ese año. Para este disco la formación pasaba a ser un power trío: Nicolás Estrada Guitarra y Voz; Gustavo Estrada Bajo y Coros; y Matías Benvenuto en Batería.

A principios de 2018 se radican en Bs. As. Y trabajan en la mezcla y mastering de “Solo en tu Mente”. Durante este tiempo firman por segunda vez con Tommy Gun Records & Universal Music, quedando así el segundo larga duración nuevamente dentro del sello de Alejandro Taranto.

A finales de 2018 son contactados por el sello Narcoleptica Productions de Rusia para hacer una reedición de “Círculo Del Infierno” en aquel país.

En 2019 Antenor realiza una gira junto a la banda Carnarium, adelantando temas de “Solo en tu Mente” y “Sol Invictus”, recorriendo: Bs As, la Patagonia, el Norte Argentino y el países vecinos de Chile y Bolivia. Finalizando con la presentación en la 9na edición del Charly Fest, festival de gran convocatoria en el sur del país.

Además, lanzan de forma digital cuatro singles difusión: “Solo en tu Mente” (Lyric Video); “Abismo” (Lyric video); “¡Cuánto Más!” (Video Clip) que compila los momentos vividos durante la gira; e “Irreal” (Lyric + Videoclip) filmado durante la presentación en El Huevo, mítico salón de Valparaíso, Chile.

A comienzos de 2020, filman el videoclip de “Solo en tu Mente” con la productora Frater Audiovisual de Neuquén.

A partir de julio, gracias a Keila vocalista de Carnarium, conocen a Pocho Andrade de Hurling Metal Records, quien los apadrina y se compromete a  acompañar el lanzamiento del nuevo material y la difusión.

 

El 1ro de agosto presenta el nuevo videoclip de “Solo en tu Mente”. Este, fue bien recibido por los medios en sus primeras semanas. Siendo replicado en Webzines y Revistas especializadas de Argentina, Chile, España, Italia y abriendo nuevas oportunidades para la banda.

Luego la banda entra en un párate debido a la perdida física de Keila Lorraine Araziel, por lo  cual suspenden varias presentaciones, Actualmente se encuentran trabajando en el estudio, tanto en nuevo material, como en la finalización de uno de los proyectos audiovisuales más ambiciosos que han realizado y que está casi terminado.
